Welcome to SupplyCheck – a B2B platform connecting companies seeking 3D printing services with qualified 3D print suppliers worldwide.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us SupplyCheck is operated by SupplyCheck ApS, registered in Denmark. We are a facilitator: we help buyers and suppliers find each other. We do not manufacture, sell, deliver, or process payments for goods or services offered on the platform.

2. Using the Platform You must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information. The platform is for lawful B2B use only related to 3D printing services or products. You may not upload unlawful, offensive, infringing, or misleading content. Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for negotiating and fulfilling contracts and transactions.

3. Our Commission SupplyCheck charges a commission as a percentage of the transaction value for each completed sale originating from our platform. Commission rates and terms are agreed with suppliers during onboarding.

4. Data Collection & Market Reports We collect data about platform use (e.g., number of leads, transactions, industries, and regions). Data helps us improve the platform and is used to create anonymous, aggregated market reports. We never sell or publish personally identifiable information without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details. Payments for goods/services take place directly between buyer and supplier; SupplyCheck does not handle payments or hold funds in escrow.

5. Intellectual Property All original content and design on the platform belong to SupplyCheck ApS. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission. You keep ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a license to display and promote it through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability SupplyCheck is not a party to contracts between buyers and suppliers and is not liable for: product quality, delivery times, or payment disputes lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Account Suspension & Termination We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You can close your account anytime by contacting us at [insert future contact email].

8. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by Danish law. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
