Stratasys Direct – Industrial 3D Printing & Manufacturing Se
Stratasys Direct Manufacturing is a U.S.-based on-demand manufacturing service established in 2014 through the merger of Stratasys subsidiaries Solid Concepts, Harvest Technologies and RedEye. It operates eight production facilities across North America, offering six industrial 3D printing technologies – Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), PolyJet (Material Jetting), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), stereolithography (SLA), Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) – along with conventional processes such as urethane casting, CNC machining and injection moulding. The company provides project engineering support, finishing and assembly services, and ships globally. Its comprehensive material Its comprehensive material portfolio includes engineering plastics such as ABS-M30, PC-ABS, PC and ULTEM 9085/1010, resins such as Somos Watershed, ProtoGen and WaterClear, elastomers such as TPU 92A, and metals such as aluminium AlSi10Mg, cobalt-chrome, copper C18150, nickel alloys 625, 718 and K500, stainless steels 17-4 PH and 316L, and titanium Ti64. These capabilities support both rapid prototyping and the production of end-use parts across a wide range of industries.
