Parts On Demand is a Dutch pioneer in serial production using industrial 3D printing and digital manufacturing. From their facility in Utrecht, they produce end‑use components and prototypes using selective laser sintering (SLS) and other additive manufacturing technologies. Their SLS production uses high‑performance polymers such as PA12 (PA2200), PA11, PA12GF and PA12 Blue MD (metal detectable), Carbon LW (PA640‑GSL), as well as TPU rubber‑like elastomers. Parts On Demand offers finishing processes including dyeing, shot peening, food‑grade coatings, assembly and quality assurance. They help customers with design‑for‑manufacture and manage digital inventories for on‑demand production.
